What is the MDMEDICA process?
Utilizing the MDMedica platform is a very easy process. Just choose the therapy you need, click “Start My Visit” and answer a few medical questions. Our US based doctors will then review your information and prescribe medications when appropriate. You will hear back from one of our doctors in about 24 hours. In some States, a video consultation or phone consultation may be required. In those States, one of our doctors will contact you and complete your consultation via the required method.
How much does MDMEDICA cost?
In most cases, you may be eligible for a consultation at no-cost included with your order. If medication therapy is appropriate, you will be able to purchase it through the MDMedica platform at far lower costs than other sites and even cheaper than your local pharmacy.
Can I use my health insurance?
I’m sorry but we do not accept insurance. We believe an individual’s access to quality care should not depend on a third party’s opinion. Of course! You can choose to use your local pharmacy and our doctors can send your prescription to them. However, the cheapest pricing and most convenient option will be through MDMedica’s pharmacy, Manifest Pharmacy. We cannot guarantee drug pricing at your local pharmacy.
When will I be charged for my medication?
You will then be billed for your medications when the medications are shipped based on the treatment plan you select.

How old do I have to be to use MDMedica?
We only treat patients who are 18 years of age and older. If you are younger than 18 years of age, please seek treatment from a local primary care physician.

Why do I need to submit a copy of my photo ID and take a picture of myself?
State regulations require that our medical providers see who we are treating. That is why we may ask you to take a picture of yourself and your photo ID.
Are there any side effects of Erectile Dysfunction Medications?
Do not take Sildenafil or Tadalafil in combination with any other medications to treat ED. Medications containing Nitrates can have a serious drug-drug interaction with Sildenafil or Tadalafil. Inform your doctor if you are taking Nitrates before starting ED treatment. Side effects of Sildenafil and Tadalafil include headache, flushing, difficulty breathing, abnormal vision, nasal congestion, back pain, nausea, dizziness and rash.

Can I return my medications once I receive them?
